Slidin’ Thru Presents Movies In The Park featuring
Back To the Future at Centennial Hills Park
WHO:
Ward 6 Councilman Steven D. Ross and Slidin’ Thru will bring the community the next installment of Movies In The Park. Food vendors including Slidin’ Thru, Snow Ono and Grouchy Johns will be in attendance.
WHAT:
Movies In The Park began in October as a way to give Slidin’ Thru fans another chance to get outside on the weekend and enjoy free entertainment and fabulous food trucks.
This month Slidin’ Thru partners with Ward 6 Councilman Steven D. Ross for Movies In The Park, which includes the screening of family-friendly, PG-rated Back to the Future, children’s activities and of course, a great time. The event is free to attend and the food and activities are specially priced.
Non-perishable food donations will also be accepted at the event for Three Square Food Bank, the nonprofit organization that offers food and nutrition services to children and seniors.
“I invite families to join me for a movie under the stars with our neighbors,” Councilman Ross said. “Bring blankets, a picnic basket and a food donation for those less fortunate, and enjoy an evening of fun and fellowship.”
